Leagues from across the region come together for a multi-day leadership conference designed to empower Junior League members, strengthen our collective impact, and celebrate the future of women-led community change. Southwest Exchange aims to empower members, address the future of the Junior League, and improve the lives of women through community impact.
All Southwest Exchange conference activities will take place in downtown Tucson, beginning with a “Welcome to Tucson” Reception at The Graduate Ballroom on Friday, September 26. This reception will serve as the official kickoff event for a weekend of leadership training being held across the street at the Arizona History Museum.
